If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Exxtra Mile, LLC provides pre-arranged transportation and driving services. All trips must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to accept or decline any service request.

You must be at least 18 years old to request or book transportation services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

 

3. Booking, Pricing, and Payments


3.1 Booking

Rides may be scheduled through phone, text, email, or through our website (if applicable). You are responsible for ensuring that the pickup address, destination, and time are correct.


3.2 Pricing

Prices may vary based on distance, location, time of day, wait time, tolls, or other factors. Quoted rates are estimates unless otherwise stated.


3.3 Payments

Exxtra Mile, LLC uses third-party payment processors (for example, Square, Stripe, Venmo, Zelle, or similar).
We do not store or retain your payment card information.

All payments must be made in full at or before the completion of the ride unless prior arrangements have been approved.

 

4. Cancellations and No-Shows


4.1 Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and circumstances.


4.2 No-Shows

If you fail to appear at the booked pickup time and location without notifying us, a no-show fee may be charged to cover time and travel costs.

 

5. Conduct and Safety

By booking a ride with Exxtra Mile, LLC, you agree to the following:

  • You will behave respectfully and safely during transport

  • You will not engage in threatening, abusive, or illegal behavior

  • You will comply with driver instructions related to safety

  • You will not smoke or vape inside the vehicle

  • You will not attempt to transport prohibited items (illegal drugs, weapons, hazardous materials, etc.)

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a trip if a passenger’s behavior creates safety concerns.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Exxtra Mile, LLC is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, or events beyond our control

  • Exxtra Mile, LLC is not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in the vehicle

  • Exxtra Mile, LLC is not liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our website or services is to discontinue use.

 

7. Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their own personal items. If an item is lost or left behind, we will make reasonable efforts to return it, but we cannot guarantee recovery.

 

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described there.

 

9. Website Content and Intellectual Property
