Rates
 

Below is a clear overview of Exxtra Mile’s pricing for transportation, errands and courier services. All services are designed to be reliable, professional, and tailored to your individual needs.

Services can be bundled for a discount. Regular customers will receive discounted rates periodically to show appreciation for the loyalty!

All services are paid upon acceptance of quote. Once quote is paid, your time is booked. All services are based on a first come, first serve basis upon receiving payment in full.

One-Way Trips

       Drop-Off or Pick-Up Only

  • $15 minimum within first 5 miles

  • $2.25 per mile after the first 5 miles

  • Wait time: $1.00 per minute (if requested or required)

  • Remote trips quoted differently based on distance

 

Airport Transportation

  • Johnson County: $60 each way

  • KC Metro: $50 each way

  • Outer areas depending on location: $70–$160+ each way (This is only an estimate, rates may vary)

 

Designated Driver Services

       Round Trip To/From

  • $30 flat within first 10 miles

  • $2.25 per mile after the first 10 miles

  • Remote trips quoted differently based on distance

 

Driver Who Waits / Stays With You

Perfect for medical appointments, procedures, sporting events or nights on the town. Each reservation is quoted based on requirements. Any parking passes will be paid by customer at time of service or pre-paid on invoice. Chiefs games require a Red/Gold parking pass. No deviation from originally established return location unless approved by the driver and immediate payment of upcharge.

  • $40-80+ per hour (varies based on request and mileage, 1-hour minimum)

 

Special Event Deviations

  • $20 for additional stops

  • $50 upcharge for deviating return drop off location +mileage

 

Errand Services (up to 50 lbs)

All services below are based on an hourly rate determined by urgency, number of errands requested, and time of day. When you contact me, please be prepared to provide a detailed description of what you are requesting and I will provide a personalized quote based upon your needs. (mileage will be included)

  • Shopping Assistance

  • Dry Cleaning Pickup

  • Special Occasion Items (birthday, hospital, etc.)

  • Shipping & Returns

  • Liquor Store Runs

Courier Services (up to 50 lbs)

All services below are based on individual request determined by urgency, item being couriered, and time of day. Please provide a detailed description on the Errand/Courier page and I will provide a tailored quote based upon your needs.

  • Urgent Document Delivery

  • Special Handling Items

  • Mileage surcharge: $1.75 per mile beyond 15 miles

 

Additional Services

  • Senior/Special Needs (appointments, errands)

  • Holiday Help (shopping, decorations, party supplies)

  • VIP Service (premium ride experience)

  • Prescription Pickup

 

Custom Requests

If you need something not listed here, please reach out. Many services can be customized based on time, distance, urgency, and complexity.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Standard cancellation within 24 hours prior to pick up, no refund, 50% credit applied to future booking

  • Advanced cancellation more than 24 hours prior to pick up, 75% refund, 25% applied to blocked time

  • Cancel within 24 hours of booking, full refund

  • If diver is en-route when cancelled, no refund or credit applies

  • Inclement weather cancellations 24 hours prior to pick up, future travel credit applied

  • Inclement weather cancellations within 24 hours, 75% travel credit applied, 25% toward applied block time

  • No refunds for special event reservations unless an act of extreme natural disaster occurs i.e. tornado destroys the venue
